RECEPTIONISTS
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparing and maintaining medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over-the-counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.
Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS / JUNIOR TECHNICIANS
Technicians and Junior Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, medical record-keeping, pharmacy, operation, maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room, and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.
“Tech-Savvy Tech”—We are currently seeking a Licensed Technician (LVT) or non-licensed Junior Technician who can help bring us into the “22nd Century.” Previous experience in the veterinary field and knowledge of (preferably expertise with) related electronic equipment are a must. Licensed Veterinary Technician—We are currently seeking a Licensed Technician (LVT) to add experience and dependability to our growing staff. Responsibilities to include assisting doctors with appointments, treatments, and surgeries; performing services in technician appointments; running lab work; performing diagnostics/treatments such as radiographs, blood draws, and catheter placements, etc. Interested candidates, please submit resume below.
GROOMERS/ GROOMING ASSISTANTS
Responsibilities include bathing, drying, and styling/grooming dogs and cats; performing walk-in nail trims; filling out “Grooming Track Sheets;” completing “Salon Secrets” card to go home with each pet; reporting to veterinary staff any medical issues noticed for each pet; billing services; and cleaning grooming cottage at the end of each day.
Groomers should be licensed and/or have at least five years of grooming experience.

KENNEL ATTENDANTS
Kennel Attendants are responsible for animal care, feeding, and handling; bathing and some grooming; cleaning; laundry; and waste disposal.
