Stream Valley’s kennel has multi-level monitoring of its boarding guests. Kennel staff, veterinary technicians, and veterinarians work together, allowing your pet to be cared for, fed, and medicated properly. Stream Valley staff members can provide for pets with special needs, and we even have a staff member as a resident who performs a "walk-through" of our facility each night.
Our thirteen ground-level kennels have heated floors, and seven more kennel spaces are lofted on a second level. Your pet gets walk/exercise time at least three times per day in one of three outdoor yard enclosures. (Please see information/waiver regarding walking and group play). The standard kennel food is Hill’s™ Maintenance Diet™, though your pet may be fed a diet that you provide. With the exception of medication administration, bathing, nail trimming, and veterinary services, Stream Valley's boarding price is inclusive, and we offer our veterinary clients a differential boarding charge.
Please reserve early as weekend and holiday periods fill quickly. We require a $50 deposit for boarding reservations, which is collected at the time that the reservation is made. Two weeks' notice is required for deposit refund. Should a client not present for a scheduled boarding, this deposit will not be refunded.
Doggy Day-Care and Professional Grooming at Stream Valley Veterinary Hospitals's Day-Spa are available for your pet during boarding. You may also arrange for veterinary procedures during your pet's stay, e.g., spays, neuters, or dentals. Arrangements and estimates may be prepared by our technician and reception teams for your review prior to boarder drop-off.
