In the Broadlands, at the intersection of Claiborne Parkway and Waxpool Road:

a.   Proceed west on Waxpool Road, toward Stream Valley Park.

b.   You will pass Hillside Park on your left and the Broadlands Community Center and pool on your right.  Turn left onto Waxpool Road; Waxpool turns off from Truro Parish Road here (across from the Sunoco gas station).

 From the Old Ashburn area, near Ashburn Fire and Rescue on Ashburn Road (Route 641); also convenient to those in Ashburn Farms and along Claiborne Parkway:

a.   Start south on Ashburn Road, toward Stubble Road.

b. Turn right onto Hay Road.

c.  Just past the Ashburn Library, turn left onto Claiborne Parkway (near Stone Bridge High School).

d.  Drive through Ashburn Farms, under the Dulles Greenway overpass, and into the Broadlands.  Turn right onto Waxpool Road.

e.  You will pass Hillside Park on your left and the Broadlands Community Center and pool on your right.  Turn left onto Waxpool Road; Waxpool turns off from Truro Parish Road here (across from the Sunoco gas station).

From the intersection of Route 7 and Belmont Ridge Road, convenient to those in the Lansdowne and Leesburg areas:

a.   Take Belmont Ridge Road south from Route 7 (away from Lansdowne).

b.  After passing such landmarks as Hay Road and the Dulles Toll Road, look for the blue water towers on your left.  Soon after, you will turn left onto Truro Parish Road (across from Edgar Tillet Memorial Park).

c.  As you pass a Wachovia Bank on the left, watch to make a right onto Waxpool Road (across from Sunoco Gas Station).

From the Sterling/Cascades area beginning on West Church Road:

a.   Start on West Church Road/VA-625 W toward Route 28.

b. Cross Route 28, staying straight on Waxpool Road/VA-625 W.

c.  Passing Loudoun County Parkway, then the Ashburn Ice House, stay straight as the road becomes Farmwell Road/VA-640 W.

d.  Passing a Shoppers Food Warehouse and Exxon on the right, stay straight as the road becomes Ashburn Farm Parkway.

e.  Turn left onto Claiborne Parkway

f.  Drive through Ashburn Farms, under the Dulles Greenway overpass, and into the Broadlands.  Turn right onto Waxpool Road.
