An Ashburn native, Kehli came to work at Stream Valley in July of 2017 as a kennel assistant. We are proud that she is now a part of our veterinary technician team! Kehli attended West Virginia University, where she received a Psychology degree with a focus in Animal Behavior and Training. She previously worked as a dog walker, but wanted to gain experience in the veterinary field!
With this interest in veterinary medicine, Kehli is currently working on obtaining her certification to become a Certified Veterinary Assistant. She wants to learn more about working in the hospital, but also would like to expand upon her knowledge of training and the behavior of dogs.
Outside of work, Kehli enjoys rock climbing, hiking, exercising, and she is always trying to work on her pet training skills. In her family, she has an awesome mom and dad, older brother and a sister-in-law who all live local! She has a dog, named Ryder, two cats—a tabby cat and a maincoon cat—and she helped to train her brother’s dog Hooch, an Australian Cattle Dog.
