How Does It Work?
The Standing Appointment
A specific appointment is pre-scheduled for your pet at intervals of 1 to 8 weeks. You will receive a reminder call before your appointment to confirm it. At that time, you may confirm, cancel, or reschedule for a more convenient time. This option includes a 10% discount on grooming services.
Holiday Scheduling for Program Members
Never again will you have to scramble to match our in-demand schedule to your own hectic agenda for a holiday grooming appointment. As a member of the Preferred Client Program, your appointment will be pre-booked and waiting for you!
*Note: If you cancel an appointment or miss an appointment without advanced notice for two standing appointments in a row (or more), you will become ineligible for the 10% at the next appointment you keep. Then, once you and your pet have subsequently resumed your pre-set schedule, your discount schedule will also resume.
